Journalist

I’m a journalist and writer based in Anchorage, currently working full-time as a reporter with the Anchorage Daily News, Alaska’s largest newspaper. My freelance work regularly appears in national news outlets, from radio pieces on NPR to print features in the Washington Post and Rolling Stone. I cover a broad range of topics, including Alaska politics, rural issues, and military affairs, specializing in field-reporting from difficult locations in a mix of formats.
